I'm sure that most of the voice mail messages you receive are not urgent. For those you may have a regular process to check them when you have time or at prescribed intervals. But when someone leaves an urgent message do you have a special process to alert you and respond?

Can you believe it's already the middle of December? This year has flown by. It's time to get your holiday greetings programmed in your voice mail or virtual receptionist. For those who are using our Virtual Receptionist with multiple greetings the system will automatically play your holiday out of office greeting on December 25th and January 1st.

Dial Through is the Newest Hit Feature

This new feature called Dial Through makes it easy to return calls by simply pressing the pound key after listening to a voice message. The system will automatically dial the person who called from the caller ID that was supplied. No more hanging up and redialing.

If you have a voice mail that asks callers to leave information but sometimes they don't tell you what you need then a Voice Form may be the solution. Callers will hear an introduction message then the first question. They record that answer then press 0

Their new phone system was working perfectly but their phone lines were still being overloaded at peak times. Our system had been setup with the old phone system to take calls when their office lines were busy or not answered. The new phone system still could not handle the peak times.

Forwarding calls from your office to a live answering service should include a menu between your office and the live service.
